When a hailstorm hits, thousands of vehicles are damaged overnight. Insurance carriers activate their networks within 24–48 hours. We need to be ready to receive vehicles the moment we have a location.
Short-term, professional operation
We need a drive-in facility for approximately 90 days. We bring our own scanning equipment, run a clean, professional shop, and return the space in the same condition we found it — fully insured throughout.

Facility Requirements

What the right space looks like.

We are flexible on many things — but a few requirements are non-negotiable. Here's what we need:

Drive-in access
Large bay doors or gates that customer vehicles can drive in and out of. This is essential — it is how our intake process works.
5,000 – 20,000 sq ft
Enough space to stage vehicles, set up scan equipment, and run a repair operation. Warehouse, flex industrial, or large commercial bay ideal.
Accessible location
Near main roads in or around the affected area. Customers need to be able to find us easily — visibility and access matter.
Power & utilities
Standard power for lighting and equipment. 3-phase preferred but not required. Running water and a bathroom for staff.
Short-term lease OK
90-day term is our standard. We understand this is non-standard for commercial real estate — which is exactly why we pay upfront and add a broker commission.
Customer parking
Adequate lot or street parking for customers dropping off and picking up vehicles. We typically process 20–50 vehicles per day.

Carrier-directed customers arrive
Insurance carriers send their policyholders to our location directly. Customers drive in and are greeted by our team. Volume is driven by the carrier network — not walk-in traffic.

Vehicle scan and damage assessment
We use proprietary scanning technology to document every hail dent on the vehicle. This generates a detailed estimate submitted directly to the carrier through their system.

Repair authorization and scheduling
Once the carrier approves the estimate, the vehicle is scheduled for paintless dent repair. The customer leaves, comes back when repairs are complete.

Repair performed on-site
Our certified PDR technicians repair the vehicle at the same facility. Paintless dent repair requires no paint, no chemicals — just specialized tools and technique. Clean, quiet, low-impact operation.

Vehicle returned and facility cleaned
Customer picks up their vehicle. At the end of the term, we clear out equipment and clean the facility. Our reputation depends on leaving every space better than we found it.
